SHIPPING POLICY
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery, or by courier for larger sized items. In stock items should usually reach you within 7-10 working days. Our postage cost to the UK mainland starts at £2.75 but will be more for larger, heavier items (Please note that bank holidays and weekends, as well as deliveries to the Chanel Islands and other outlying parts of the UK may affect delivery times).
International delivery is available - please contact us to find out the exact cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns Policy
Red Plume hopes you are delighted with your order. We always aim to provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. We recognise that occasionally however, you may wish to return your order. Returns are governed by the Terms and Conditions on our website.

In the very unlikely event that you receive goods, which do not match those that you ordered or are damaged or faulty in any way, you should notify us within 48 hours.

Please email EMAIL LINK to obtain a Return Goods Authorisation Number (RGAN) and instructions on how to return the goods to us.
You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.

Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a RGAN and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier.

If you would like to exchange your order for item(s) of higher value, we will contact you for payment details.
If you are exchanging for goods of lower value we will refund the difference.  We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
